Policy summary
Most purchases in Prompt Cove involve digital content (prompts, coins, subscriptions). Once delivered or consumed, digital items are generally non-refundable. We may provide a refund in limited cases (see below) or where required by law.
When refunds may be available
- Duplicate charges or accidental purchases (we may reverse/void when verified).
- Technical delivery failure that prevents access to purchased content.
- Unauthorized purchase (may require proof and device/account checks).
- Where required by applicable law (e.g., statutory consumer rights).
Note: For some regions, “cooling-off” rules for digital content may not apply once delivery begins and you have consented to immediate access.
How to request a refund
- Google Play purchases: start with Google’s refund flow when available; we will cooperate with platform decisions and legal requirements.

Expected timelines

Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime to stop future billing. Canceling does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law or platform policy.
- If a technical issue prevented use shortly after purchase or renewal, contact us with logs/screenshots for review.
Coins and payouts
Coins are a virtual balance used in-app and cannot be redeemed for cash outside permitted payout programs. We may adjust balances in cases of confirmed fraud/chargebacks or to correct errors.
Chargebacks & abuse
If a payment is disputed or charged back after content delivery, we may revoke access, reverse payouts, or suspend accounts pending review. Repeated fraud or abuse may lead to permanent restrictions.
What to include in your request
- Order/Transaction ID (e.g., Google Play GPA.* or Stripe txn_*).
- Account email or Firebase UID.
- Purchase date, amount, currency.
- Reason and any evidence (screenshots, errors, device/app version).
Legal notes & regional exceptions
- Digital content withdrawal (EU/UK): the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply after you consent to immediate delivery and access begins.
- Local consumer laws: if local law grants additional rights, we honor those rights.
- Taxes/fees: platform or processing fees and taxes may be non-refundable unless required by law.
